A:Yes,we could accept OEM/ODM services with full skills workers and designers.Sure,we could custom all the design based on customer’s requirement after we received the authorization.

Q:What is the process for customizing bags?

A:Step by step:design consultation,provide samples for confirm,bulk production,etc.

Q:Do we need to provide design files,like CAD,parameter packs?

A:Sure,please provide clarify requirements for artwork formats.

Q:What materials do you offer?

A: We can offer list fabrics,leather,hardware,eco-friendly options like recycled PET,we also accept the customers provide us the raw materials for OEM/ODM service.

Q: How do you ensure all the style bags in high quality?

A:We have 5S productions standard,professional QC teams,QC steps,pre-production samples,inline inspections and final checks.

Q:Does your factory has related certificates?

A:Sure,It has BSCI、ISO9001、Global Recycled Standard.

Q:Can we request a sample before bulk production?

A: Yes,we can provide samples before bulk order,it takes about 7-10 days,may charger sample fee and shipment cost.subject to the project for further discussion.The samples may have chance to refund after the bulk order.Depends on the order policy.
